How to Fund Your Account
Overview
Funding your account is the first step to participating on Acceliqs. When you fund your account, you add capital that becomes available in your wallet — ready to be deployed into the platform's services, where it can begin to earn. This guide walks you through the full process, from making a deposit to seeing the funds available in your account.

Before You Begin
A few things to have ready before you fund:
- Know the amount you want to add. Decide how much capital you intend to deposit. You can always add more later, so there's no need to commit everything at once.
- Have your payment method ready. Acceliqs processes deposits through supported payment methods. Make sure the method you intend to use is available and has sufficient funds.
- Understand where the funds go. A deposit is credited to your Principal wallet — the wallet that holds your own deposited capital, kept separate from any earnings or bonuses.
Making a Deposit
Follow these steps to add funds to your account:
- Go to the deposit area of your account. From your dashboard or wallet section, open the option to make a deposit or add funds.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit. Specify how much capital you're adding. The interface will show you the amount you're committing before you proceed.
- Choose your payment method. Select from the supported deposit methods available to your account, and follow the prompts to provide the necessary payment details.
- Confirm the deposit. Review the details — the amount and the method — and confirm to submit your deposit.
- Complete any required payment steps. Depending on the method, you may be directed to complete the payment through the payment provider. Follow those steps to finalize the transfer.
What Happens After You Deposit
Once you've submitted a deposit:
- The deposit is processed. Your deposit enters the platform's confirmation process. Deposits are credited once they have been confirmed — this ensures the funds have genuinely been received before they're made available.
- The funds appear in your Principal wallet. After confirmation, the deposited amount is credited to your Principal wallet, where you can see the balance in your account.
- You can track the status. Your account shows the status of your deposit, so you can follow it from submission through to confirmation. If a deposit is pending, allow time for it to be confirmed.
Putting Your Funded Capital to Work
Funding your account makes capital available — but capital only earns once it's deployed. After your deposit is confirmed and sitting in your Principal wallet, the next step is to put it to work by funding a service, which deploys the capital into the platform's activity where it begins to generate earnings.
So the full flow is: deposit → confirmed in your Principal wallet → deploy into a service → the capital earns. Funding is the first half; deploying is what turns available capital into working capital.
If a Deposit Doesn't Appear
If you've made a deposit and don't see it reflected in your account:
- Allow time for confirmation. Deposits are credited once confirmed, and confirmation can take some time depending on the method. A deposit that's still pending will appear once it completes.
- Check the deposit status in your account. Your account reflects the status of each deposit — pending, confirmed, or otherwise — so you can see where it stands.
- Contact support if needed. If a deposit has been confirmed on your payment provider's side but still isn't reflected after a reasonable time, contact support with the details, and they can help resolve it.
Summary
Funding your account is straightforward: decide the amount, make a deposit through a supported method, and once it's confirmed, the capital lands in your Principal wallet, ready to deploy. From there, you put it to work in a service to start earning. Fund with amounts you're comfortable deploying, and use the status tracking in your account to follow each deposit through to confirmation.
