Beyond the profit your deployed capital earns, Acceliqs credits rewards through its participation programs — referral, matching, and other bonuses — into dedicated reward wallets. These reward balances are withdrawable, just like your profit. This guide explains how to withdraw your rewards.
Understanding Your Reward Wallets
Rewards you earn through the platform's programs are credited to reward wallets, kept separate from your deposited capital and your trading profit so that each type of balance is clear. Depending on your participation, you may have balances in several reward wallets — such as referral, matching, and other program rewards. Each reflects rewards you've earned through that avenue of participation.
Because these reward balances are withdrawable, you can take them out of the platform in much the same way you withdraw profit.
Requesting a Reward Withdrawal
- Go to the withdrawal area of your account. Open the withdrawal option from your wallet or dashboard.
- Select the reward balance you're withdrawing. Choose the reward wallet you want to withdraw from, and specify the amount you'd like to take out from its available balance.
- Provide your withdrawal details. Enter the destination details for the withdrawal.
- Review and confirm. Check the amount and details, and confirm to submit the request.
What Happens After You Request
Once submitted, a reward withdrawal follows the same process as a profit withdrawal:
- It's reviewed, and once approved, the funds are released to you.
- You can track the status in your account, from submission through to disbursement.
- The rewards are disbursed once approved to your chosen destination.
Choosing Between Withdrawing and Reinvesting
Your reward balances are yours to use as you decide. You can withdraw them to take them out of the platform, or you can reinvest them — putting them back to work so they can generate further earnings.
