KYC helps us verify account ownership, protect users from fraud and unauthorized access, and support applicable identity-verification and anti-money-laundering requirements.
Why KYC Matters
KYC provides an additional layer of protection for both you and the Acceliqs platform. It helps confirm that an account belongs to a real individual, reduces the risk of fraudulent activity, and may be required before accessing certain account features, including withdrawals.
What You’ll Need
Before beginning verification, have a valid government-issued identification document, such as a passport, national ID card, or driver's licence.
Depending on your country and the verification requirements applicable to your account, you may also be asked to provide proof of address, such as a recent bank statement, utility bill, or another accepted official document.
How to Complete Your Verification
1. Sign in to Acceliqs
Open your Acceliqs dashboard and navigate to KYC / Verification.
2. Enter your information
Provide the requested personal information exactly as it appears on your identification document.
3. Verify your identity
Select the appropriate identification type and upload clear images of the required document. You may also be asked to complete a selfie or liveness check.
4. Provide additional documentation if requested
Depending on your account or jurisdiction, additional information such as proof of address may be required.
5. Submit for verification
Review your information carefully and submit your application. You'll be able to see your verification status from your Acceliqs account.
Avoid Verification Delays
Make sure your documents are valid, unexpired, clearly visible, and unedited. All four corners should be visible where applicable, and the information you enter should match your documents.

Identity documents contain sensitive information, so they should only be submitted through the official Acceliqs verification process. Never send your identification documents, passwords, 2FA codes, or account credentials to marketers, other users, or unofficial support accounts.
